Candidates who are seeking admission in M.Sc Forensic Science and wish to apply in Panjab University still have a chance to make their application. The last date for submitting the admission form has been extended to 7th July, 2020.
Eligibilty Criteria
B.Sc./ B.Sc. Honours degree in Forensic Science or any other graduation degree 3/4/5 Year duration in the Faculty of Science , Engineering, Medical / Dental and Pharmaceutical Science of Panjab University or any other University recognized by Panjab University with minimum 50% marks.

19 + 1 (In-service candidate from govt. organizations /autonomous institute)

Selection Procedure
Admission to M.Sc. Forensic Science & Criminology shall be through P.U.- CET (P.G.) conducted by Panjab University. The admission will be on merit, based upon the marks obtained in PU-CET (P.G.) and marks obtained at undergraduate degree alongwith admissible weightage as per University Rules.
How to Apply

- Fill in all the details carefully.
- Click on submit button to save your details.
- Note your Application Number, login ID and Password carefully (login ID and password are case sensitive).
- Login to your account to pay fee online OR download fee challan. For paying through fee challan, take print out of the fee challan and deposit fee at any branch of State Bank of India, minimum one day after printing of fee challan.
STEP II
After depositing your application fee, you need to do the following
- Please login with your login ID and Password.
- Click on Candidate form to upload your scanned photograph,signature and other important information.
- After submitting the information, please check carefully and lock(confirm) your application form.
- Unlocked and incomplete application form will not be considered.
- Take print of your application form after submitting information.
Exam pattern for Entrance Test for M.Sc. Forensic Science & Criminology
The question paper will comprise of Section A and Section B carrying a total of 70 marks. The question paper will be of 90 minutes duration. Section A will have 20 questions of General Sciences at 10+2 level to test the knowledge of fundamentals.
Section B will have four sub-sections namely, Biology, Chemistry, Forensic Science and Physics with 25 questions each from graduation level. The candidate has to select ANY TWO of the four subsections from Section B for answering questions.
