Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai, through its Centre for Research in Criminal Justice (CRCJ), is inviting applications for one-year Postgraduate Diploma in Crime Investigation, Medical Jurisprudence, and Forensic Science (PGDCMF) for the academic year 2024-25.
This advanced program aims to equip law enforcement, legal professionals, and related fields with the latest knowledge and skills required for effective crime investigation and forensic analysis. The curriculum includes key subjects like crime investigation techniques, forensic science methodologies, and medical jurisprudence, delivered through hybrid classes, weekend lectures, and practical fieldwork.

Course Dates: Start: September 2024; End: July 2025.
Classes: Weekends and Public Holidays only.
Mode of Classes: Hybrid.
Exams: On holidays
Lecture Recordings: Will be shared with the students.
Subjects: Sem 1: 03 papers; Sem 2: 03 papers and 01 Research Project.
Modes of Learning: Mainly lectures and assignments.
The Course may feature field visits, seminars, workshops, conferences, and special lectures delivered by industry experts.
Total Seats: 60
Course Completion Duration: Participants have a maximum of 03 years to complete the course; failure to do so may necessitate re-registration, subject to the university’s terms and conditions.
