The Noida police filed an FIR against Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, after discovering venomous snakes at a rave party he was linked to. A forensic report from the FSL confirmed the presence of cobra and krait venom in the samples sent to them. This revelation suggests Yadav’s involvement in potentially illegal activities related to the possession or use of venomous snakes.
An NGO led by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, known as People For Animals, has lodged a complaint against a social media influencer, alleging the use of snakes and their venom at a rave party. Subsequently, a case was filed against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and his associates at the Sector 49 police station.
Authorities are currently investigating the potential link between snake smuggling and rave parties in Noida. The suspects underwent several hours of questioning by the Noida Police in November last year, during which they reportedly provided details to the police.
Elvish Yadav was interrogated by officials regarding all recordings and images discovered during the investigation. However, the YouTuber vehemently denied the accusations leveled against him.
The findings could lead to legal consequences for Yadav, putting his reputation and freedom at risk. Further investigation and legal proceedings are likely to follow as authorities delve deeper into the circumstances surrounding the rave party and the presence of venomous snakes.
