Job Description
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and managing of Revenue Assurance and Fraud strategy to ensure that the revenue streams of the organization are protected by implementing process correction and tighter controls.
Responsible for managing and developing the Fraud and Revenue assurance strategy and implementation or monitoring by process and technology.
Guard all company data, particularly sensitive data, from both internal and external threats by designing broad defences.

Take the lead on day-to-day monitoring for unusual activities, implement defensive protocols, and report incidents
Collaborate with other members of the I.T & Technology teams to develop new protocols, layers of protection, and other both proactive and defensive systems that stay one step ahead of cyber criminals
Maintain security guidelines, procedures, standards and controls documentation
Maintain a working knowledge of current cybercrime tactics and social engineering threats
Constantly monitor for breaches across the product / customer / data life cycle
Monitor credentials of authorized users (subscribers, internal, external), monitor access-related activities, and check for unregistered information changes
Help lead employee training on App related products, Cyber Awareness, Social Media etc.
Qualifications for this Job
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Information Technology / Cyber Security/Forensic
Awareness of IT systems used in the DTH industry or similar industry e.g., Telecom, App businesses
Certification in Ethical Hacking.
Working experience and proficiency in using MS Office applications
Fresher or 2 years’ experience
